Beautiful Morgan western horse I met at a Western Dressage gathering in Powell Butte, Oregon. I created the art from my own reference photos and used pastel pencils (Stabilo, Derwent and Caran d' Ache) and Pan pastels and Strathmore ArtAgain paper in the creation of the piece.
