The Pick Up Man

I created this rodeo inspired piece with permission to use her reference from the photographer Laura Matrat using only sepia toned pastel pencils( Caran d'Ache, Derwent, Kooh I Noor and Stabilo) and pastelmat. I loved capturing the movement and drama in combination with the old fashioned feel of the sepia.
