The Walnut Trees

I walk past these walnut trees every time I take a walk on my local path. On this particular day, there was a very soft, warm breeze - and I hoped the branches, the leaves of the tree would show that warmth. This painting also happened relatively quickly for me, and everything came in to place easily. I knew what I wanted, and I believe it came to me so easily because this is a place that is familiar to me, and a place that I love.
